WilMa's coffee shop
Java Boys is an anchor for Wilton Manors, a place where alcohol non-drinkers like to hang out and watch movies on the video screens. Snacks, sandwiches, and of course lots of coffee drinks are served.

Love the scones!! Great place to meet for coffee. Owner is a great guy and usually there to chat.

    • Great place
Love this place. good product and nice peoples

    • A great coffee shop that could be even greater
I'm hard pressed to say what might be missing at Java Boys. Great service. Nice videos/movies. Good coffee and ok pastries. A good place to park with your laptop and get some work done, or chat with a friend, and maybe even meet someone. Maybe a spark of something to get it all moving and attack more people is what's missing. Not sure. But if you like your java and your boys, you'll like Java Boys.

      Gay Starbucks
This place is basically a gay Starbucks; however, their sandwiches and pastries are a lot fresher. Can get a bit crowded at times.

Nice Place to Start the Day
You go once and the staff remembers you. They sell coffee similar to Starbucks, but thats where similarities end. The wall paint is relaxing in muted shades, and nicely appointed with comfy sofas, a coffee table with newspapers, magazines, chairs inside and out, and two large flat TV in low volume. You feel welcome, like a friends house. The staff pampers you; they bring you the food after being warmed. Starbucks screams the name of the item ready for pickup. The croissant sandwiches, coffee, and deserts are like homemade. They taste better, maybe because you are treated better.

      Great coffe house ambience
The only thing this place lacks as a coffee house is a space for live entertainment. As a community coffee shop I find it quite warm and cozy. One can pluck a book or rag from the rack and read contentedly, sit in the pit and make conversation and actually meet and get to know people, surf on their free WiFi, or watch various stuff on several flat screens. Gone are the gushy Baristas who suck up to you with false chit chat as are the over priced libation rates of Starbucks. If you want over priced products, to be sucked up too, and decor with attitude for days, then go get your fix at Starbucks but make sure to come and go fast to make room for their next sucker. If you want to sit and chat in a neighborhood setting with friendly people then this is the place. I have always had friendly conversation with people there and found something to read worth merit. There are things to lock a bike up to outside as well if you ride for the exercise and air. Its a great place to go connect with friends as well before heading out together.
