All-male resort on beach
Palm Plaza is located in the gay guesthouse district, only steps away from the Sebastian Gay Beach. Heated clothing-optional pool (which isn't common in South Florida), gazebo, and the hotel's biggest suite features a full kitchen. Part of the North Beach Village Resort collection.

      Awesome place to stay!
It was easy to book via their website for the 4 days and 3 nights that my lover and I stayed. Grand Palm Plaza is a hidden little paradise. The rates were affordable, the location was awesome because you are only a couple blocks in walking distance to Riomar and Sebastian's beaches access, numerous bars, cafes and only a 5 or 10 minute drive to Wilton Manors , the standard king room was immaculate and the service was excellent. I will definitely return to the Grand Palm Plaza for my next stay.

A hidden paradise! Perfect for a quick weekend getaway
We had a grand time!!!! This was our 2nd visit and oh my land, property has been transformed into a piece of art, that is, retro meets modern. When booking a place for a short vacation, a fully-equipped kitchen is a must. We enjoy cooking breakfast and make deli at lunch time after spending our morning either by the pool or at the beach). Beach/restaurants/shops are within walking distance. Staff was amazing and we felt like we are home away from home. Hats off to Keith, Edward, Rick & Michael for making our visit memorable and enjoyable! We def did get all much needed down time! Also, note that parking pass is not only limited to the property but now extended to all designated parking areas in the "entire neighborhood"!!! That is a new its easier to park (to quickly grab pizza/coffee/deli from the bistro, etc especially in hot weather). So happy that businesses within that beach village came up with that idea.. more convenient for travelers!

      Fantastic! Newly Renovated!
This classic property has been recently renovated. It is a charming mid-century, two story building with lush landscaping around the pool. And the location is terrific. It is but a short walk to Sebastian Street Beach. The rooms are totally renovated, all new furnishings and they are now part of North Beach Village Resorts, all in this area, amazingly updated facility of a classic resort, The staff especially Edward, Alberto, Michael and Keith were amazing, making you feel like family. This is the place to visit this year! Very reasonable prices too!

      very nice place
This is our second time staying at palm plaza and we are very satisfied. We have seen both Ron, the owner and Steve, manager there every day during our stay. They were always busy with some project around the place to keep it neat and tidy. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and it is a good location. If you are looking for a Hilton go stay at a Hilton. If you are looking for a fairly priced, very clean and comfortable place to stay, this was it. We would stay again.

      Quiet place ideal for couples.
We stayed here for an extended weekend. We did not get hit on and enjoyed our stay here. Found Steve to be very friendly and helpful. We had a suite & the accomodation offered everything we required and more. Clean place perhaps more popular with the older crowd.

      Great room
We stayed there in 2008. The room was nice, had a great living room and kitchen area. Steve the property manager is quite nice and helpful. While all the rooms were booked, we barely saw any other guests. The crowd was older and very reclusive. It was relaxing but not at all social. The courtyard is very well maintained and full of lush tropical plants. It was a nice property.

      Nice place...FRIENDLY...but too friendly!
Very clean and hospitable! The price is great. My partner was constantly hit on by employee's, while management said, "I have no control over the friends you make!" If you're looking for a stress-less vacation with your loved one...this might not be the place to accomplish that end.
