LOVED the spa services and staff
Customer service is a huge part of the package. The Grand def has this aspect down. The accomodations, in my opinion are average & slightly dated. My partner & I come yearly for a long weekend and also when we are in town staying elsewhere. We mainly come for the spa services and again the staff is top notch. Would highly recommend for that alone.
Great place
Definitely the nicest of any gay resort i have been to in North America including anything in palm springs. Friendly staff and great beach location. The suites are really nice too.
Overrated
My friends and I stayed at this resort last weekend. We stayed in the large penthouse.The only good thing I could say about it was the large amount of space. However, the decor was not upscale. The a/c in the master bedroom did not work. The a/c knob in the living room was broken. No vents in the master bathroom. Both bathroom faucets vibrated loudly. Dust everywhere. During a severe thunderstorm, water was leaking through the drywall. If you are going to pay $400/night, you should expect top notch amenities and service. I am all about supporting gay businesses but I am sorry I cannot recommend this property.

AWSOME price for value! Really great accomodations, very friendly staff, decontracted atmosphere. Close to the gay beach. Definitely the place to be in Ft. Lauderdale!
Exceptional!
A friend told me about Grand Resort & Spa last year. I booked a 4 day visit and loved it! Exceptional in many respects; staff, cleanliness of room, welcoming atmosphere. I'm looking forward to my second, 4-day visit next week.
