Very Nice
I am a local and have stayed here a few times. I really have enjoyed itl It has a mixed crowd of all ages and types of guys. Good average sexual temperature - a bit cruisy but not much action here.... Nice place to go if you are looking for a quality experience, Great rooms that are very comfortable and modern,
Best In Ft. Lauderdale
We have stayed in numerous places in the Lauderdale/Miami area and The Grand Resort is by far the best guest house around. The staff is extremely friendly, the accommodations are great, the rooms are clean and well appointed and the ammenities are FANTASTIC! There is enough "play" to enjoy and yet enough quiet to relax and rejuvinate. Unless we invest in our own vacation home, we will be staying at The Grand Resort.
Consistently Outstanding
I've been going to Florida with friends a couple of times a year for the past five years. I almost always stay at The Grand and those times I didn't, I regretted it. There may be flashy, new resorts in the area but none can hold a candle to the service and facilities you'll find here. The staff is beyond gracious, kind, often amusing and well-trained. Thier attention to detail is unsurpassed. The rooms are always clean and the grounds are tidy and well-kept. Take my word for it; you'll find no better place to stay in this area of Fort Lauderdale than The Grand Resort and Spa.
Best I have seen
I have been to many Gay resorts in the Northeast and this has to be by a long shot the best. Very very clean. Well maintained and peaceful. I was alittle sceptical from the street but once you walk through the door it is very peaceful. Older crowd but nice

Very clean and well maintained. Room was big and well appointed with a contemporary decor but bargain was small without exhaust. Gardens pool and jaccussi are very nice. Breakfast is great. Staff is professional and attentive. Location is excellent if you want to be near beach and major hotels. Spa is in location as well as small fitness room. In summary great place for vacationing if you are not looking for sleazy.
