I will be back every year

I am a lawyer and need to look professional without being flashy. I was hesitant to pick out glasses without my wife, but the staff was friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. The glasses look sharp and classy, not cheap-looking, like so many of my colleagues wear. I will be back every year.

I have always liked and respected Dr Enker and I will say my service has always been outstanding. I have worn glasses/contacts for years and been to several eye doctors, and I would not trade World Eyeglasses for the world. Yes he is that good! I have to say, if you are looking for outstanding service from people who care and want to earn your trust and respect for years to come, this is the place to come to.

Great customer services

Great customer services, great product and great prices plus a very friendly optometrist. I tried on some frames initially that were way too big for my face but he pointed me to some awesome frames that I fell in love with on the spot. I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses this afternoon that I originally had no intention of buying, largely due to the customer service I received. My husband and I definitely have a new eyewear store we will be frequenting in the future!

Horrible!

Dr Enker is a very mean spirited man! He was rude to me in the exam room. Then, I was upset b/c of that and it was an hour wait for for my appointment. After my exam, his assistant was going to close my file and give me my prescription. She ASKED me how I was. I told her that I wasn't happy b/c of the wait and he was rude to me. She just closed my filed and said 'Why don't you just leave today and not pay?'. I was shocked, I also go emotional b/c I had already not disclosed my negative feeling b/c I just wanted to get out of there. When I explained that she asked me how I was doing that it wasn't fair for her to ask me to leave, my voice was cracking b/c I was so besides myself. She told me my response was in appropriate and I needed to leave. .. If you read the negative reveiws on other sites,.. this is a common theme. This guy is a real jerk! Give your business to another eye Dr.
