Great choice of accomodations for our second vacation to FTL
Really enjoyed this resort. This vacation to FTL was our second and our first at the Villa Venice. Our last visit was to another gay guest resort just a block away and I'm glad we booked here. Exceptional service from the minute we checked in. Great room. Stylish decor. Great mix of guests too.

Room was gross. Smelled and littered with hair. Floor was simply disgusting. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent with gratuity prepaid. Property has recently been purchased. Jeremy was very helpful. New owners have a lot of work to do.

      Better than the best!
We've stayed there nearly a dozen times and it's over the top! We never even consider anywhere else.

      Definitely Check This Place Out!
We stayed at the Villa Venice for a long weekend. Location, rooms, pool, etc., were all great! Owner, staff and guests were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. A great value for the money! Definitely recommend!

      Misleading Advertising
Stayed in a suite based on the manager's advice. Room advertised as a suite but all it is nothing more than a room with a kitchen and bath, no separate living room like other resorts that we have stayed at that have suites. Owner very unfriendly and chastized us for taking towels to the beach even though the booklet in each room encourages guests to take the towels to the beach. Room was overpriced for $275.00 per night although it was clean.

Don't bother, I was the only guest there.
Rooms are nice, but the management is poor and unfriendly. There are plenty of resorts that welcome their guests, we were not impressed by this property. Go right next door and the owners are much nicer. We spent most of our vacation next door at the worthington/Alcazar resort.

Great, intimate property 2 blocks from the beach
We have stayed at Villa Venice several times over the past 2 or 3 years and each time we return, we find, to our delight, that it just gets better! Eddie, the manager, is very personable and always makes us feel like we are staying with family. The rooms are impeccably clean, the pool and deck area lushly planted and the men are hot, hot, hot! We like going over Holiday weekends when they usually have a big Poolside Party (frequented by locals and many other gay guesthouse guests) - the last time they had a very hot stripper named Rodney who was delicious! We think it's the absolute best in Fort Lauderdale!
