Real Men goto Inn Leather

If you are looking for a great place to relax with "REAL MEN" go to InnLeather. If you're wearing pointed shoes, point yourself another direction. No use for a phone in these rooms, you'll be too busy, especially at night! I felt very safe here and I go into Detroit often. Besides this isn't the place to lock up your family jewels. Rooms are clean and sheets changed daily upon request, more often when you need it, just ask. Not a five star place, but I prefer it that way, it keeps away the starlets. Inn Leather was more than accommodating with a continental breakfast every morning. A private oasis with locked gates and a heat pool. Great cleaning crew too! If you're anal retentive or a queen, please stay very far far away... you'll ruin my getaways.

Overpriced tourist trap

The only thing this dump has going for it is that it's clothing optional and appeals to sleazy sex-crazed clientele. Other than that it's a run-down dump that likes to supplement its income by charging your credit card with $25 or $50 "cleaning fees" if your room isn't immaculate when you leave or if you don't leave a big enough tip for the cleaning staff. I've read other reviews from customers who have been hit with these rip-off charges. Next time I'll stay at a real hotel.

Stayed here March 2006, 2007, 2006

I have been coming to Inn Leather for the last three years and have been very satisfied. The rooms I have had during these last three years have been clean and they will refresh them each day if requested. I have found that the personel here will go out of their way to help in anyway they can to make your stay comfortable. They keep the pool clean, the grounds are checked all the time and the maintance of the place is in very good order. I usually stay for 10 days each March and I plan on coming back next March for another 10 days. There is a lot of activity here on the weekends with a lot of one day people. I have never had a problem and every one is most pleasant.

Run Down Dirty Pit

I thought I would try this gay "resort" - i use the term very loosely -- since i like the leather crowd. Rooms - run down, dirty/shabby, NOT worth the rates they charge (not even HALF!). No phones in rooms. They dont clean your room unless you ask them too! Ridiculous. I was scared to touch anything in the bathroom for fear of catching something. i WOULD STAY VERY FAR AWAY. Plenty of nice places elsewhere that are gay, clean, and worth the money. This was, in a word, DISGUSTING!
