This intimate bistro has a friendly, personal feel and a romantic, candlelit atmosphere. Individually prepared dishes such as Hi-Life Salmon, Merlot Roast Duckling and Granny Smith's Chicken are some of the stand out specialties here.

Dining doesn't get much better than this. Chef Carlos and his partner Chuck are in the 13th year of presenting outstanding food, ambiance and service. 5 STARS for sure. Located not far from Wilton Manor in a strip mall. Chef Carlos was on the TV Show, "TOP CHEF". Everything is made from scratch and their desserts are to die for! Always a very eclectric crowd. We have dined there for several years and always have a great dining experience. Their staff know the menu and all are very professional. People from all the entire country go there to dine. Their pecan pie is the best ever!

Award winning Restaurant

First to Review - July 29, 2007

This is the Top of Gay and Lesbian owned and operated Restaurants. A unique collections of receipes used by the award winning Chef, Carlos. Many handed down by the owners familys. Great deserets too. I send my guests there on their last night in town and they always come back and say What A Great Way to End a Vacation.
