Being an ex-New Yorker and someone who loves cupcakes, I can honestly say Humpy's cupcakes can compare EASILY to anyting I've had in the NYC- the cupcake capital of the world- including Billy's Bakery, Magnolia Bakery or Cupcake Cafe, all in NYC. If Humpy's wants to expand- especially their cupcakes, I'd love to invest!

Being a native New Englander, I've missed GOOD New York style pizza since moving to Florida several years ago. However, my partner and I came to Fort Lauderdale and found Humpy's in the plaza with Georgies Alibi. This place is OUTSTANDING. Great NY Style pizza with some very cool and unique options. The Rosemary Chicken pizza is fantastic! Heck, even a simple slice of pepperoni is extremely good.
It doesn't hurt that the guys that work behind the counter are hot as hell, either! (I think it's the owners, 2 short-ish stocky musclebears)

My prior experience of pizza places in South Florida is that they are generally devoid of character and the menus don't offer anything even slightly creative.
However, Humpy's in Wilton Manors serves delicious food in a festive environment.
This place sets the bar for not only quality, variety and decor but cleanliness as well. Even the cupcakes are delicious! Try them out.

Its taken me 10 years to find Pizza that compares to the only other Pizza I care to eat which is at Regina's Pizza in the Italian North end of Boston. Humpy's Pizza never fails to surpass any other in South Florida. It is consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean.

Although I LIKE their pizza's (especially the turkey sausage), I LOVE their Meatball Subs!
This place is always clean. Their food is consistently great and the employees are always smiling. Keep up the good work.

I'VE BEEN TO HUMPY'S A THOUSAND TIMES AND FOUND THE PLACE EMACULATE, THE PIZZA IS EXCELLENT BEYOND YOUR WILDEST DREAMS OR EXPECTATIONS, THE SLICES ARE HUMONGOUS, THE SAUCE AND CRUST ARE PERFECTO AND THE PRICE IS MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR WHAT YOU GET. THE STAFF IS HELPFUL, SMILING AND HOT- AND THE OWNERS ARE ALWAYS ON SITE. WHAT CAN I SAY? L-O-V-E HUMPY'S - WILL GO BACK A THOUSAND TIMES MORE!! P.S.---NOT ONLY HAVE I USED THEIR CURBSIDE DELIVERY DOZENS OF TIMES, THEY NOW DELIVER AND IT'S ALWAYS PROMPT AND HOT- AND!!! MY GIRLFRIENDS, BOTH STRAIGHT AND GAY LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO!!

For once I agree with somebody! (Oh, heart be still!!) Try the two slices (TWO quarters of a pizza and a free large soda). Had to take a Pepcid, but it was worth it!
Update: 1/31/09... With the tanking of the economy, so did the quality of the pizza. Ashame, as they started out superb!

Is it just me? Everytime I eat Humpy's Pizza I go into MAJOR GI DISTRESS. Regardless of what I order - usually rosemary chicken w sundried tomatoes, or even just a slice of cheese - same results. Like a crusty laxative.

I've been here several times, but last night just had a great experience...the food was perfect, the pizzas smell so good and as good! The guys who work there are fun and friendly, i don't know what that lady was talking about, it must have been that time of the month for her or something!!

I visit Humpys a lot for lunch and its kinda funny how they know what i want when they see me come in. Guys during the day are like family. They must be brothers or something. Its always a "hey!" and "how are you" and the pizza is perfect. I get a couple of slices for lunch and sometimes grab a cupcake for dessert. Meatball subs are super too. A clean place too and a joy to visit. Thanks guys!

Skip this place if pizza is what you are looking for. Had out-of town friends who were looking for "healthy" pizza and remembered a menu for this place. Ordered the "turkey sausage" and "rosemary chicken" for take-out (curb service was not available despite being advertised). As a middle-aged straight woman who patronizes many of Wilton Manors gay restaurants this is the FIRST time I have ever encountered an attitude of "what are you doing in here". It was decidedly hostile. Got the pizzas home, and despite the premium price, they looked like a $ 1.99 Totino's cardboard box top had been pressed into the dough. The toppings were paper-thin and so indistinguishable that we could hardly tell the sausage from the chicken--except that the "sausage" one had a decidedly rancid flavor that the other one did not. Would have taken them back except for the unfavorable reception I received when picking them up the first time. Based on other ads/reviews it appears that Humpy's is a place to "get your meat". not get a healthy pizza.

Terrific combinations of fresh ingredients.
The mushroom, carmelized onion is amazing.
Bright, fun decor. I love it.
