Seat at the Table (for the future of Broward Arts)

Join Broward Cultural Division and friends for a roundtable discussion on the current state of the arts in Broward and the visions for its future. This event is called in response to the exchange of ideas on the Creative Economy that took place July 10 at Pipeline Spaces. We will continue with questions raised and provide a platform for engagement and advocacy for those with an interest in the vision for Broward's future. The discussion is likely to evolve organically based on what is most helpful for the creative community and bridge the dialogue between your local arts agency and the citizens who want to be part of the direction of our future. Some concepts to be rolled out will include ways YOU can be part of the conversation and make an impact in the future, including: Ways to contact politicians and those making the decisions for our future. A brain bank of ideas and/or questions we seek to compile toward the vision of Broward's future. A survey of what YOU would like to see in order to help further develop Broward's arts scene. So please, take a seat at the table as we join forces to build the best Broward arts scene. Feedback is welcomed as we organically address the plans for our future.
